Delta Gamma

Chapter History

The Beta Nu Chapter of Delta Gamma at Carnegie Mellon was established in 1944. The chapter has continuously shown their support for philanthropy and service through constant fundraisers and participation in campus-wide events such as Greek Sing, Booth, and Buggy. Our enthusiasm for these events shows as we continue to challenge ourselves to deliver good performances and projects while raising as much money for the cause as possible. Beta Nu women enjoy volunteering at Annual Vision Walks and many other organizations to support our philanthropy.

Delta Gammas at Carnegie Mellon are well-rounded, dedicated women who are passionate about being involved. As a result, sisters are an integral part of the Carnegie Mellon community and are a presence on campus. We are members of clubs and activities ranging from Tartan Ambassadors, Global Business Brigades, and Engineering Student Council to Varsity & Intramural sports teams. We can be found working as tutors, researchers, TAs, office assistants, and even Head Orientation Counselors. It is our mission to inspire the greater campus community, not just the Greek Quad.
